Demand Planning Analyst

The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and publishing the 0-18 month demand plan by leading a collaborative customer-level forecasting process with key internal and external customers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use tools, statistical models, and analytics to work with Sales team to develop an item/customer level weekly forecast separated into base/lift.
• Leads consensus meetings with both internal key account managers and select customers to analyze past forecast performance and look for upcoming changes required (listings/de-listings, promotions etc.).
• Monitors and integrates market trends, customer POS etc. into statistical forecast.
• Maintain, publish, and action key forecast quality metrics (Accuracy, Bias etc.).
• Drive feature post game analysis to improve future feature forecast quality.
