About the Role
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Demand Planning team on a fixed-term contractual basis in accordance with Korean labor regulations. This position is established to support existing Demand Planners who manage multiple franchises and markets in East Asia.
The role focuses on providing analytical, operational, and project-based support to improve demand planning accuracy, efficiency, and process standardization. Contract renewal may be considered prior to expiry based on performance, business requirements, and mutual agreement.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
+ Support Demand Planners in forecasting and planning activities across assigned franchises and markets.
+ Consolidate, analyze, and validate SKU-level demand forecasts.
+ Manage regular stakeholder communications for data inquiries.
+ Analyze market trends by identifying large variances and missing data.
