Demand Planner is responsible for managing and balancing the flow of information upstream and goods downstream the supply chain through demand forecast in IBP. The role involves using best statistical models and enriching forecasts through collaborative work with commercial and marketing teams to understand customer demand, trends, patterns and events such as tenders, new product launches, phase‑in/phase‑out among others.
