Demand Planner

The Demand Planner role is responsible for end-to-end demand planning activities across selected South East Asia markets. Working in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams, the Demand Planner ensures accurate forecasts, timely updates, and alignment with business targets across weekly, monthly, and annual planning cycles. The position plays a key role in balancing demand and supply in a long lead-time FMCG environment, helping to optimize service levels, inventory health, and overall supply chain efficiency. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, regional supply chain environment with opportunities to work cross-functionally and contribute directly to business performance across South East Asia.
