✔ Strong client relationship & stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience in SLA/KPI governance, escalations, and delivery management
✔ Ability to drive hiring transformation, automation & continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Expertise in workforce planning, productivity, utilization & profitability management
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working in a global matrix organization with India hub delivery model
✔ Flexibility to work across time zones and travel when required
