Roles & Responsibilities – Courier Delivery Executive

• Deliver parcels, documents, and shipments to customers within assigned locations.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of courier packages.
• Maintain positive customer interactions during deliveries.
• Support pickup and dispatch operations when required.
• Represent the company professionally in the field.

Responsibilities

• Pick up parcels from the warehouse/hub and deliver them to customers.
• Verify customer address and delivery details before dispatch.
• Obtain customer signature or OTP confirmation upon delivery.
• Handle packages carefully to avoid damage or loss.
• Update delivery status through mobile application/system.
• Maintain daily delivery reports and records.
