Deck Department – Supervisor Structures

We are seeking a highly motivated and well‑organised Lamination Supervisor with solid foundations in lamination techniques and a strong appreciation for the aesthetics of completed work.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assign daily tasks in accordance with the weekly resource allocation.
• Ensure allocated tasks are driven toward completion in line with the production schedule.
• Improve production efficiency while maintaining SW standards.
• Continuously seek improvements in quality, waste reduction, production timing, and staff skill levels while keeping the team motivated and fostering a positive team culture.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in boat building or the composite FRP industry, with knowledge of various techniques used in composite manufacturing to the highest standards.
