DC Operations Shift Technicians

Overview We are seeking DC Operations Shift Technicians to join our team and support day-to-day data centre operations. This role involves working on a 12-hour rotational shift to ensure smooth operations, support incident management, and maintain high availability of data centre facilities and systems.
Responsibilities Perform daily data centre operations including ticket management, infrastructure monitoring, and remote hands support. Troubleshoot and manage incidents, escalating issues to internal teams or vendors when required. Conduct periodic health checks and report anomalies in DC facilities, IT, and network systems. Support equipment setup and relocation, including rack/stack, intra-rack cabling, power cycling, and related activities. Escort and supervise vendors, contractors, and customers during visits, deliveries, and installations. Execute planned and ad-hoc maintenance activities in compliance with SOPs/MOPs.
