Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Surveillance:
Operate and monitor various systems within the command centre, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Maintain constant vigilance to detect and respond to security and operational incidents in real-time.
Conduct routine checks and inspections to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
Incident Response:
Respond promptly to security alerts, incidents, and emergency situations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities as needed during incidents.
Document and report incidents, including actions taken and outcomes.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
Communicate effectively with security personnel, first responders, and other relevant stakeholders.
