Deploy and install hardware into the two local datacenters in the National Capital Region. Coordinate with Service Providers for non-local datacenters. Under the direction of the Senior resources, troubleshoot hardware installation issues. Respond to project and operation demands received via the trouble ticketing tool. Deploy network cabling (copper and fiber). Maintain detailed documentation of all deployed IT assets and of the DCIM tool. Replace failed hardware components on systems (, RAM, Hard Drives, cables, power supply, PDU’s, etc.). Coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations with manufacturers.
