Manage and support enterprise database platforms to ensure stability, availability, performance, security, and resiliency. Perform and oversee database installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, backup and recovery, migration, capacity planning, and lifecycle management activities. Support high availability, replication, and disaster recovery solutions and ensure operational readiness through regular validation and controlled testing. Investigate and resolve database incidents, performance issues, locking/contention events, and service degradation, and drive root cause analysis and remediation.
