Summary: Build and run a data migration and streaming architecture moving on prem DB2 to AWS PostgreSQL (raw landing) and then to AWS MongoDB (transaction cache), applying transformation rules so downstream apps can consume “friendly” data. Own MongoDB modeling and performance architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Design DB2→Postgres→Mongo target architecture and cutover approach.
- Build/operate Precisely + Kafka pipelines (CDC, topics, replay, error handling).
- Define/implement transformation rules from raw relational data to MongoDB documents.
- Model MongoDB collections, indexes, sharding/partitioning, TTL/retention for cache use cases.
- Ensure data quality/reconciliation, security controls, monitoring, and runbooks...
