Senior Postgre SQL DBA – Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Postgre SQL Database Administrator with strong experience in Postgre SQL and AWS RDS environments.
The candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, optimizing, and securing production databases while supporting development teams with database design and performance improvements.
Required Skills:
~5+ years of Postgre SQL Administration experience
~ Strong experience with AWS RDS Postgre SQL
~ Expertise in query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization
~ Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
~ Knowledge of Postgre SQL security, roles, permissions, and IAM integration
~ Strong SQL skills including stored procedures, functions, and triggers
~ Experience with monitoring tools like Cloud Watch
