Hiring an IT Database Administrator

Location:: Fully remote (Mexico).

• Production support and stabilization of SAS Grid environment hosted in data center.

• Ongoing operations for SAS Grid 9.4 platform integrated with Santander systems (NAS, Citrix, AD, LBs, etc.).

• Support 15+ business units with 300+ end users (primarily SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS Studio).

• Continuous improvement, performance tuning, and platform optimization.

Role: SAS Administrator - responsible for:

• Day-to-day administration and maintenance of SAS Grid 9.4 platform in production.

• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity; implement tuning and optimization.

• Provide L1/L2 support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.

• Manage user access, security, and integration with AD and other enterprise systems.
