Hands-on Enablement: Conduct workshops to implement newtools and practices. Key Initiatives (First 6-9 Months): . CI/CD Migration: Transition pipelines from Jenkins toAzure DevOps. . Operational Independence: Design self-sufficientoperational models for departments. . Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate Azure infrastructurefor security, cost, and performance improvements. . Shared Assets: Develop reusable CI/CD templates and toolsfor organization-wide adoption.
