Data & Transportation Analyst - Advanced English

Overall Responsibilities

The Transportation Specialist will support our e‑Commerce Transportation Operations for North America, working with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to execute daily transportation management functions following documented SOPs and providing status updates to the hiring manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Shipment Integrity (Primary Focus)
  • Proactive Monitoring: Query large datasets to identify lagging or at-risk shipments across sales, returns, and trade-in flows.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain and update centralized KPI boards and dashboards to ensure real‑time visibility for internal stakeholders.
  • SQL Management: Execute minor SQL queries to extract, filter, and audit transportation data from internal databases.
