The Data Steward plays a foundational role in advancing an organization’s data governance and management capabilities by ensuring that data is accurate, consistently defined, and easily accessible across the enterprise. This role works collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders to maintain metadata, enhance data quality, and document data lineage, enabling better trust and usability of data assets.
