Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist / Developer role for an incentives team. This role combines advanced analytics, incentive modeling, and hands‑on backend development to standardize incentive structures. This person will support the build and maintenance of a new web‑based incentive portal, including integrating data from multiple sources, transitioning Alteryx processes to scalable AWS‑based automation, and developing backend services. As well as delivering dashboards, forecasts, and insights that drive sales channel decision‑making in an agile, AI‑first development environment. This is a 6-month contract to hire and pays $56-$62hr.
