Overview: You will be supporting the development and operationalisation of Human Performance Analytics capabilities, including data integration, modelling and dashboarding, to deliver actionable insights for decision-making and drive tangible operational outcomes.

1. Design and implement data pipelines and workflows

2. Analyse physiological and operational datasets

3. Develop and validate analytical models

4. Build dashboards and visualisations

5. Integrate multiple data sources, including utilisation and training data

6. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

7. Support testing, validation and continuous improvement of models
