Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional GenAI/ML projects defining patterns, reviewing code, and ensuring robust, scalable deployments that help our central units generating more and better business. Build AI capabilities and infrastructure to ensure efficient use of GenAI, NLP, and ML from prototype to production. Support business units in applying the latest (Gen-)AI methods and act as an expert for AI know-how, tools and methods. Communicate complex AI concepts and strategic insights effectively across various stakeholder levels, tailoring messages to different audiences and supporting decision-making.
