About the Role
Description:
This role designs, develops, maintains BIP and OTBI reports and dashboards within Oracle Cloud HCM to support enterprise data quality initiatives. The Developer partners with business and technical teams deliver high-quality audits and error reports that support data governance, data accuracy, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports and dashboards.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Build error, audit, and validation reports to support data cleanup, defect detection, and quality monitoring.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, data models, and templates.
Perform deep data analysis to validate accuracy, prioritizing data integrity and compliance.
Build OTBI analyses, dashboards, KPIs, and drill-down capabilities.
