Input, process, and standardize customer data from available sources into Excel files and the company's software system.
Check for errors and ensure the accuracy and completeness of entered data.
Support data export for new customers when they start using the software.
Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure data is fully synchronized and updated.
Generate periodic or ad-hoc data reports as requested.
Participate in suggesting improvements to data entry and processing procedures. Experience in data entry or data processing is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, with a good command of basic functions such as VLOOKUP, FILTER, SORT, and Data Validation.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, patient, and highly responsible when working with data.
