About the Role
Become a Data Processing Operator and support users with IT issues, hardware configurations, and software solutions. This role offers partial telework and is pivotal in maintaining tech systems.
Working under the IT Coordinator, you'll assist users with hardware and software problems, ensuring all devices are compatible and maintained. The role includes using utility software for troubleshooting, making backup copies, and managing data transfers. You may travel as needed and are responsible for updating the hardware and software inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users with hardware and software-related issues
