About the Role
An SAP Data Migration Consultant/Lead manages the end-to-end extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or ECC. They define migration strategies, map data, perform cleansing, conduct mock loads, and ensure data integrity during cutover. Core requirements include expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), LSMW, BODS, and strong SQL skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Define data migration approaches, scope, and cutover plans.
- ETL & Mapping: Map source data to SAP target structures, develop transformation logic, and manage data loads.
- Technical Execution: Utilize SAP tools like Migration Cockpit , LSMW , or Syniti/ADMM to move master/transactional data.
