- Onboarding & Acquisition Analytics: Lead the end-to-end analysis of the hotel partner acquisition funnel. Identify friction points in the registration and first-room-sold journey, providing actionable insights to streamline the path from lead to active partner.
- Commercial Program Optimization: Design data frameworks to evaluate the performance of commercial initiatives (e.g., promotional participation, commission structures, and loyalty badges). You will identify which programs drive incremental growth and which require optimization to protect margins.
- Partner Engagement & Feature Adoption: Analyze how hotel partners interact with our platform. You will identify features that correlate with high performance and work with Product teams to drive adoption of these tools.
