About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain accurate and timely reports.
- Analyze data and ensure data entry accuracy.
- Maintain and update data records.
- Support the creation of various ad‑hoc reports as required by management.
- Compile reports and presentations for management review.
- Conduct regular audits of data.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies.
Enhancements to systems:
- Recommend and track enhancements for specific software tools/databases.
- Develop processes and recommend process improvements.
Document Upkeep and Control:
- Organize and maintain the shared drive.
Email Management:
- Develop videos and training materials to support processes/improvements.
