About the Role
We are seeking highly organized detail-driven and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Data Entry Associates & Operators . In this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, verifying and maintaining a wide variety of data in both digital and database systems. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all information is processed efficiently, securely and in compliance with company standards and data integrity protocols.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong typing accuracy, consistency under deadlines, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Accuracy rate: Target 98‑100% data accuracy.
- Speed & productivity: Meeting quota expectations (e.g. number of entries processed per hour/day).
- Timeliness: Completion of tasks within assigned deadlines.
