Data Entry Analyst

Major Responsibilities:

• Customer service:
  
  
  
  • ERP Entry: customers, contacts and addresses
  
  
  • ERP Entry: customer orders
  
  
  • Send order acknowledgements, confirmations, delivery notes and invoices to customers
  
  
  • Create quotations and orders in IFS
  
  
  • Assist customers with order status and expediting
  
  
  • Monitor shared inbox and phone line
  
  
  
  


• Data Entry:
  
  
  
  • Entering inventory part, purchase part, sales part, and supplier for purchase part records
  
  
  
  


• Occasional travel to production sites


• Coordinating inventory movement between domestic sites


• You will work closely with sales, shipping, production, and procurement at all domestic sites
