Overview

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into designated systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet daily or weekly production goals.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from various sources, including but not limited to paper documents, digital files, and audio recordings.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry, meeting established productivity targets.
• Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Identify and resolve data entry discrepancies or errors. Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Verify data entered for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain organized records of processed data.
