Job Description Position Title: Data Center Training Specialist (WSP) Location: Singapore Your role The Data Center Training Specialist will be responsible to manage and deliver the end-to-end Work Study Diploma Program for our data center operations. This role is critical in developing future talent by designing, implementing, and overseeing structured training programs that combine academic learning with hands-on experience in a live data center environment. What You'll Do Program Management Own the full lifecycle of the Work Study Diploma Program, from planning and onboarding to completion and evaluation. Coordinate with educational institutions, internal stakeholders, and trainees to ensure program objectives are met.
