Data Center Technician III- Winnipeg

Job Overview

The Data Center Sites Technician III will be responsible for day‑to‑day data center support activities, including but not limited to: server and network hardware installation, copper/fiber‑optic cabling, “layer II” troubleshooting, and IT asset management. The Technician will monitor and respond to hardware and software issues using an industry‑standard ticketing system, and will provide clear, timely and appropriate customer communications. All activities are governed by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program, Safety and Security policies to meet quality and quantity requirements. The Technician will join an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support and actively participate in the change management process, including monitoring production and preventative maintenance.
