About the Role
Merlin Edged has an exciting opportunity for a Data Center Service Manager. In this position you will work directly with Regional Service Manager and Data Center Site Managers, be responsible for develop, roll‑out and continuous improvement of site customers projects, services, and reports.
We are looking for someone who becomes an expert in customer experience, infrastructure, including platforms, tools, systems, architecture, workflow, and performance to manage our client footprints.
The Data Center Service Manager needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self‑motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team.
