This role requires maintaining positive client relationships, responding to emergency calls, and technical supervision of operations within the data center. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in data centers or similar fields. Strong communication skills and the ability to work outside of normal hours are essential for success in this position.
