Kingfisher plc is seeking a Data Capability & Community Lead to join our Group Data & AI team, located at our Head Office in Paddington, with an expectation of 12 days a month in the office. This key role involves building a vibrant Data & AI community, designing skills frameworks, career pathways, and leading standardisation in data tooling to enhance organisational maturity.

We are looking for a proven leader with experience in creating sustainable data communities in large organisations and the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
