Job Description
- Support the planning and execution of HR and payroll data migration into a single SAP SuccessFactors (EC & ECP) environment following the Bayside Health merger.
- Analyse, map and migrate data from multiple source systems, including:
- Legacy SuccessFactors environments
- On‑premise payroll systems
- Excel‑based datasets and other legacy platforms
- Ensure data is not only technically correct but contextually accurate, with a strong understanding of payroll and HR data meaning.
