Data Architect / BI Architect (Barcelona)

Barcelona, Hybrid model (1 day a week in office).

• Design, construct and migrate an end‑to‑end data platform using Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog and ADF.
• Document architecture, technical roadmap and data strategy.
• Define governance framework and security (Unity Catalog).
• Design schemas and models for advanced analytics.
• Lead performance reporting and cost optimization.
• Drive migration from the current platform to the new architecture in Azure.

• Minimum 6 years of data roles, with at least 3 years in architecture or technical leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Databricks environments (Apache Spark, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake).
• Expertise in Azure Storage, Data Factory and Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of a large‑scale cloud data platform from inception.
