About the Role
Description Key Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting Manage CRM upkeep, reporting, and operational data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Prepare donor, project, campaign, and operational reports, dashboards, and analytics. Respond to organizational data and reporting requests while maintaining data integrity and governance. CRM & Systems Optimization Maintain and optimize Salesforce, including workflows, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to improve automation, system integrations, and donor journeys. Identify and implement workflow enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
