Data & Analytics Coordinator

Position Overview

OceanaGold New Zealand has an exciting opportunity for a Data & Analytics Coordinator. This position can be based out of either our Waihi (North Island) or Dunedin (South Island) offices, working Monday – Friday 7am – 4:30pm, with every 2nd Friday off.

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Business Partner, this role will provide operational and administrative support for People & Culture (P&C) systems – ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and efficient delivery of P&C processes. It also supports the maintenance, coordination, and day‑to‑day use of P&C systems, assisting the team with data, reporting, and system‑related activities.
