Responsibilities

• Learn about the business, department and associated processes and tools
• Process supplier invoice and enter information into appropriate database templates
• Create and maintain contract information within the database for designated geographical assignment
• Learn and understand standardized analytical resources for the Operations Team (half hourly, hourly, daily or monthly)
• Validate third party supplier invoices (including utility charges on consolidated invoices) with assigned geographic or set energy market area or by assigned client
• Validate and elevate (when necessary) exceptions generated by Schneider’s proprietary statistical tests
• Aggressively resolve discrepancies with suppliers and/or utilities due to incorrect billing
