About the Role
We are seeking an experienced In‑Building DAS Construction Lead to support nationwide DAS deployments across complex venues. This role is 100% travel‑based and requires a hands‑on field leader who can actively install DAS equipment while leading and coordinating on‑site crews.
The ideal candidate has direct experience building DAS systems in live environments and is comfortable serving as the primary field point of contact for construction execution, material coordination, and quality control.

- Assist and oversee installation of DAS equipment including head-end units, remote antenna units, fiber optic cables, and coaxial distribution systems
- Assist with site surveys / data collection and produce bid documents on small to medium projects
