Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and drive customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
