DAIRY MANAGER

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree
• Minimum 5 years dairy experience
• Pasture management experience
• Computer literate
• Must be good with labour management
• Valid drivers
• Valid passport

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Overseeing milk parlour
• Overseeing loading of milk truck
• Supervising calf rearing (vaccination schedule, deworm schedule, weaning, tagging, dehorning, birth records, feed and milk)
• Pasture management
• Overseeing feed mixing for whole herd
• Vaccination and deworming management of herd
• Daily record keeping (milk records, birth records, breeding records)
• AI
• Management of Steam up and Dry off cows)
• Managementand overseeing of daily herd health
