Czech Content Moderator - Customer Support Agent Lisbon with accommodation

We are seeking Czech-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal . Two roles are available, both with accommodation included in the contract. No experience required!

Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Czech + English)

• Location: Lisbon (on-site)
• Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts)
• Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
• Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy and rational decision-making
• Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods
