Duties and Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong partnership. Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Proactively address operational challenges, escalating critical issues while maintaining transparency with the customer. Provide regular performance reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
