Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Customer Trust Engagement Manager to help strengthen customer confidence in Autodesk’s products, services, and business practices. This role serves as a strategic bridge between customers and Autodesk’s Trust organization, translating complex topics such as security, privacy, compliance, resilience, risk management, and responsible AI into meaningful customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer trust engagements, including executive briefings, trust reviews, security and compliance discussions, and strategic customer conversations
- Communicate Autodesk’s approach to security, privacy, compliance, risk management, resilience, and responsible AI in a clear, credible, and customer‑centric manner
