About the Role

ROLE SUMMARY:

Support the planning and execution of customer innovation and transformation strategies for China Inflammation & Immunology (I&I) and Geographic Expansion (GE) Business Units. This role is responsible for the operation of innovation and transformation platforms and for driving business impact by influencing internal and external customers and stakeholders.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align with the company’s digital strategy to support go-to-market transformation and digitalization initiatives within the Business Units.

  • Support BU go-to-market model transformation through digitalization by providing necessary materials and performance measurements.

  • Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective cross-functional digital programs within the Business Units.
