About the Role
Customer Team Leader
Location: Unit 2, The Depot Belgrave Road, Exeter, EX1 2LB
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), including at least 1 weekend shift; to be discussed at interview.
Age requirement: You must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
