About the Role
We’re looking for Customer Support Specialists who can provide top-notch service, handle sensitive data with care, and grow with us in our Guatemala site.
What You’ll Do
✅ Handle inbound/outbound calls for U.S. mortgage servicing
✅ Support customers with account inquiries and loan procedures
✅ Work with accuracy, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility
What You’ll Need
🔹 Strong verbal & written English communication
🔹 Excellent attention to detail
🔹 Basic computer navigation skills
🔹 Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree
🔹 Availability for full-time work
🔹 Must pass a credit & background check
🔹 Willing to take the SAFE licensing exam once hired
🔹 6–12 months BPO experience preferred (especially BFSI accounts)
📍 Work Setup: Onsite – Zone 10, Guatemala City
