Maintain high standards of customer services at the Front Desk so that customers expectations are consistently exceeded.
Any matter which may affect the interests of organization should be brought to the attention of the Management.
Collect and communicate customer feedback obtained from walk in customers in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining good relationship with customers
Record all customer complaints / issues received and resolved by the front desk
Maintain and update the database with information on the nature of queries and status of resolution
Coordinate and follow-up with other internal departments
Provide quality service to the customer by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. Responsible for daily administration
Prepare MIS and reports on daily basis
