The Customer Support Executive (Business Operations Support) mainly be in charge of overseeing day‑to‑day functional activities, technical support, and logistical processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Main responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day operational support activities to ensure smooth business operations
- To support and monitor orders till shipment including coordination with manufacturing facilities, suppliers and freight forwarder.
- Liaise with factories/suppliers and freight forwarder on schedules and update customers
- Coordinate logistics and other matters with factories in Europe/Italy and third‑party suppliers which include warehouse management and deliveries
